- Yes my 14 y.o. son is finding the same thing with his eBay business; he made $140 this week (sold 2 second-hand Bose headsets that he sourced from China), which is Big Money for him (considering his MONTHLY allowance is just twice his age!).
Good luck with your market, and you are right to pump profits into RE and hold ... however, your $50 Mill. is suspect (unless you open up lots of markets and sell them to Markets'R'Us Inc. and/or buy LOTS of big buildings with the profits).
Your best bet is to try and turn what you have into some sort of new version of eBay then sell that ... to eBay, of course ;)

SO, Two nights ago I got Trey to work on a life's purpose. last night we brainstormed money making ideas
Trey really wants to open a thrift store and we know a perfect location right near the college. Kind of like a Buffalo Exchange, that offers cool music, buying and selling jeans and ultra cool clothing items, shoes , hats and such as well as art and records.
Then we thought of our life purpose and though about making it a Non Profit and helping abused children in some way.

Updated Life's Purpose
SO, I finally cornered my husband, Trey and brainstormed our life's purpose. I printed out the worksheet and will corner him on our Number and probably revise that as well..or not.
SO, the new life's purpose is

Getting my House in Order mm101
We just moved from a large, two story, two bedroom townhouse to a tiny crackerbox flat. We will be saving over $600 per month. We are currently not driving our car and van because both need tags and insurance. The van also needs repairs. We drive our box truck everywhere and including husband driving me to work which really eats a lot of gas. The van costs about $200 to register and insure and about $1500 for repairs. Getting Started and Changing my date
I talked to my husband last night and we have decided to modify our dates and set up in between goals.
The Number is the same- Fifty million- but it looks more like this
June 18 2011- 1 million
June 18 2016- Ten Million
June 18 2020- Twenty Million
June 18 2026- Fifty Million That will be Trey's 60th birthday rather than his 50th.
Now we are looking at our first goal of 1 Million Dollars in two years.
The first step is to figure out our net worth. Not good at all. We have approximately 63… Continue
